• Wallets & Online Payment Gateways
• Cash on Delivery (COD) (Available for orders between ₹999 - ₹5000)

 

5. GST & Taxes

All displayed prices include applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per government regulations.

 

6. Order Cancellations & Modifications

• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been shipped.
• If an order is still in processing, you may request cancellation by emailing info@basraa.com.

 

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• COD is applicable for orders between ₹999 and ₹5000.
• Orders above ₹5,000 require full prepayment.

 

8. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 4 working days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
• Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

9. Promotions & Discounts

• Discount codes and promotions are valid for a limited time.
• Only one coupon code can be used per order.
• Sale items and newly launched products are excluded from most promotions.
• House Of Lyla reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without notice.

 

10. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
• Estimated delivery time:
  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
• House Of Lyla is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
