Basraa Shipping Information

 

1. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Free shipping is available for all prepaid orders.
  • A ₹150/- shipping fee applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • COD is available for orders above ₹999/- and below ₹5000/-.
  • All product prices displayed include GST (Goods & Services Tax).

 

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Each Basraa piece is made with meticulous craftsmanship.
  • Once your order is confirmed:
    • You will receive an email notification.
    • Our team may reach out to verify order details.
  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.

 

3. Delivery Timeline & Address Changes

  • Deliveries take place between Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays), from 10 AM to 6 PM.
  • Address modifications can only be processed before the order has been dispatched.
  • Ensure that you provide an accurate contact number and email to avoid delivery issues.

 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.
  • While Basraa assists in tracking shipments, we are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters or courier-related issues.
