Basraa Exchange Policy

 

Our Commitment to Craftsmanship

  • Each Basraa piece is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans in India, making every design unique.
  • Slight variations are a natural part of the craftsmanship, adding to the charm and individuality of each piece.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been placed.
  • Exchange or credit notes are offered under specific conditions and can only be redeemed on Basraa’s official website.

 

Eligibility for Exchange

Basraa allows exchanges only if:

  • The delivered product is not the one originally ordered.
  • The product has arrived in a damaged condition.
  • There are missing components in the package.
  • The product has manufacturing defects.
  • Other concerns deemed valid by Basraa.

Conditions:

  • Customers must initiate exchange requests within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Requests beyond this period will not be considered.

 

Important Notes

  • Customized products & sale items are NOT eligible for exchange.
  • Discounts and promotional codes cannot be applied to exchange orders or credit notes.
  • Products bought from third-party platforms are not eligible for exchange.
  • Basraa reserves the right to approve or deny any exchange or repair request at its discretion.

 

Exchange Policy

  • We do not provide refunds for orders.
  • Exchanges are allowed if the product meets the exchange criteria.
  • The exchange request must be placed within 4 days of delivery.
  • A product can be exchanged only once per order.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Any used or tampered products will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Exchanges may take 15-20 business days, including pickup, quality checks, and re-shipping.
  • A ₹500/- pickup and re-shipping charge (PAN India) applies to all exchanges.
  • International orders are NOT eligible for exchange.
  • If a credit note is issued, only the product value will be credited, excluding shipping charges.

 

Exchange Fees

A ₹500/- pickup and re-shipping fee applies for:

  • Sizing concerns.
  • Quality concerns.
  • Weight-related issues.

No exchange fee is charged in cases of:

  • Defective or damaged products.
  • Incorrect product received.
  • Missing components in the package.

 

Lost Shipments

  • If a package is lost during transit, Basraa will either issue a replacement or a credit note upon verification with the courier partner.
  • Investigation of lost shipments may take up to 7 business days.
  • If an order is marked as "delivered" but has not been received, customers must notify info@basraa.in within 24 hours for an immediate investigation.

 

No Refunds or Returns

Basraa does not process refunds or returns after an order has been placed.

The following items are NOT eligible for exchange or credit notes:

  • Pre-orders & customized items (These require full payment upfront and cannot be replaced or exchanged.)
  • Products bought during a sale or through promotional discounts.
  • Used items (All products must be in their original condition to qualify for an exchange.)
  • Minor variations in color or design due to differences in screen displays or the handmade nature of the product.
  • Shipping and customs duties are not included in product prices and are the customer’s responsibility for international orders.
  • Basraa is not liable for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters.
